Prone cuff designed by Minnesota Biathlon coach Bill Meyer. Padded nylon material with special metal insert. Insert can be moulded to the arm to create a custom fit. The additional stiffness provided by the insert is intended to reduce the transmission of pulse through the cuff to the rifle during prone shooting.
